Pentaho World was held in Florida. Mosaic did a ton of stuff. Mosaic was responsible for an extensive site research and venue recommendation for properties located in the Orlando, Florida area appropriate to host the Conference. Mosaic canvased the destination and identified all venues that met our strict event and service level requirements. We wrote and sent a detailed request for proposal, followed-up on responses, analyzed the results and provided Pentaho with a short list of venue recommendations.
Mosaic will provide a housing manager to oversee the performance of the hotel room blocks with the selected venues and report on any liabilities that may result from attrition. In addition to reporting and managing room block liabilities, the housing manager will be responsible for making room assignments, as well as altering those room assignments in alignment with the requirements of Pentaho
